Know-it-all managers

You know who you are:
- The kind that never makes mistakes
- The kind that circumvents the rules and then wonders why your risks didn't pay off
- The kind that ridicules your team in a passive aggressive way
- The kind that will find yourself lonely because nobody - including your family - is good enough

I'm guessing this doesn't only happen in Charleston.

No, it doesn't only happen in Charleston and these people should be weeded out by either natural selection or a swift kick in the a**.
